I have only been here a few times in the past 4 years, because I live out of state and then was trying to save money. But now I have returned with alot more work to do on maintaining my teeth help. I have had positive experience with everyone that works there doing their work and their role very well to help me, including Dr. Rupa Rajanna, they are consistent and approach me with truth, dental education, and realness. I have only had teeth cleaning and fillings. I also have gotten a lot of great advice with help with enamel loss that occurred after i drank acidic beverages consistently for a few years, and the dental hygienist helped reveal to me that this is what was happening. And gave my alot of great advice to assist me in my personal habits. Thanks so much.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Rajanna's for a while and always have a good experience. Everyone is friendly, gentle, and professional, and the office is clean and well run. I always feel well taken care of.

Have been using them for 2 years. The staff does a good job in cleaning my teeth and are very attentive in answering questions about billing which I think is the most important thing at a dentist.

LOVE LOVE this dentist!! Staff is super friendly and I'm not a huge fan of teeth cleaning (who is??) but I felt super comfortable the whole time. The doctor was very professional and overall a very nice experience, 10/10 would recommend!

If you’re an American like me, you probably have spent your wad on medical coverage which leaves little for dental coverage. That’s ok because the deep cleaning prices are fair here at only $1,000. This is actually fair for Austin TX. Luckily I only spend $1,500 a month/$18,000 a year for me and my wife’s medical coverage. That’s why it was so easy to find the extra $1,000 laying around. It’s great to finally be rich enough to get medical care after deciding to start a small business and working more than I’ve ever worked. Every day. Every weekend for years. Some times working over 200 days straight without any time off. I feel so lucky to be in this position to get my teeth cleaned.

Dr. Rupa Rajanna has been my dentist for the last two years. I had stopped going to dentist during Covid and had some serious work to be done. Dr. Rupa’s office was responsive in getting me in and Dr. Rajanna took care of my needs quickly and professionally. She has outstanding knowledge and fine mirror skills. She was thorough in her evaluation and ensured I am comfortable throughout the procedures and ensured work was done per my satisfaction. Now my entire family sees her for dental care. I’d recommend Austin Primary Dental to any one needing dental care.

I, like many others, detest going to the dentist. However, my experience here has been incredibly positive. The service is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. When I entered the office, I was greeted with warm smiles, and my cleaning left me feeling refreshed, not sore or prodded. The dentist herself is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She came in to check me out, and I could tell she truly understood her work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking dental care.

The staff is wonderful and super informative . I have not been to a dentist in quite awhile and they were so kind. Carrie was very kind and patient with me. Marina is very upbeat and an amazing welcoming into the office. Dr Rajanna helped me with exactly what I needed and was very detailed!!!

I have been a patient at Austin Primary Dental for some time now and I could not be more satisfied. The entire team is warm, welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The dentists are highly skilled and take the time to explain everything clearly before any treatment. The office is modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with up to date technology. Appointments are always on time and the whole experience is as comfortable as a dental visit can possibly be. I used to dread going to the dentist but this practice has completely changed that. Absolutely the best dental care I have ever received.
